Problematic Plumbing To Kitchen Sink
Oh my word the world of plumbing can be very very simple and on the other hand, it may not be such a romp in the park. To give a small example, I had been using my fridge for some 15 years, the dishwasher and sink had both been in place since moving in new some twenty plus years ago. So in essence, everything was actually working ok but in a sadly tatty and very ‘yesterday’ wardrobe. Time to strike out and buy new. Everything has been fantastic, or most of it except the plumbing to the hot water tap at the sink. Whereas I had fast flowing water from both cold and hot taps, immediately that the new sink was installed, and even more so, when the new integrated dishwasher was put in its place, the pressure to the ot water tap has been utterly abysmal. A mear middling stream from the once fervent spout. I have of course taken it up with the company concered and eventually their guy came to make good. The water has never recovered its gusto from previous years though. And never will because I am advised that I now have narrow gauge pipes which is all the fit these days. Wish they’d made that one clearer!
